McCarthy Properties LLC was founded in 2019 by Tucker McCarthy, who started his own real estate investing career in 2017. After a few years and building his personal portfolio, he felt the need to follow his own desire and passion and create a company to provide value to others. With a background in civil engineering and site development, Tucker has successfully purchased and done extensive renovations on a number of properties, from single to multifamily buildings. Through his own ventures and partnerships, he plans to continue building his own personal portfolio while helping others build theirs as well.
